We offer day‑of coordination at various levels to suit your needs, handling vendor communication and timing, overseeing decor and layout, managing setup and takedown, coordinating rehearsal where applicable, and handling any day‑of surprises so you can focus on enjoying the celebration.
Half- Moon Coordination: $400
This package is good for short events or longer events that need a little extra help at the front end. We include a 1 hour meeting prior to the event and up to 6 hours of Day of Coordination.
Full-Moon Coordination: $1,000
If you’re looking for a full-day coordinator to make sure your special event runs smoothly, this package offers a up to three 1-hour preparation sessions to ensure we understand your visions and have the proper information, as well as 12 hours of service the day of.
Eclipse Coordination: $2,000
If we are doing the decor for your event, we offer a full-service coordination package that includes one professional overseeing and executing the set-up and take-down, and a second coordinator organizing vendors and the event flow. This package provides two coordinators for up to 12 hours, and an additional three 1-hour meetings leading up to your event day, on top of the existing decor sessions.

Whether you prefer a classic minimalist bouquet or a loose wildflower look, we tailor each design to suit your vision, venue, and color palette, ensuring cohesive, thoughtfully placed florals.

Give your guests a cute, heartfelt blessing they can take home—available in various sizes to suit bridesmaids, party favors, or special tributes for honored guests. Whether you choose a delicate token for each attendee or a more elaborate basket for those you want to recognize, these thoughtful mementos create lasting memories and show your appreciation in a beautiful, personal way.
